So we have proved it is not a Ontario law , it might be a safety infraction if it is part of bumper (which most truck receivers are not) and has broken sharp edges.........whooppe do ........... and no examples of EVER being enforced.
I imagine there is some safety regulations and laws on the books from the 1800's too,I just googled some ... I hear there is an obscure law in Oklahoma where It Is Illegal To Have A sleeping Donkey In Your Bathtub After 7pm ..........
in Ohio Oxford, It is unlawful for a woman to appear in public while unshaven. This includes legs and face.
Debating the hitch in or out is the equivalent of debating whether a women should shave her legs........its her choice.
