Ah, you're talking about the CK2610SE.
Also

different, WM instead of WH 87 CI versus 100.7

The 87 cu listing is clearly wrong. The "165" in the model number on Daedong engines indicate the CCs.

So your thinking the CK/CX2510 still has this de-tuned 35hp ? big engine for small tractor I like it :)

Hey all, I have seen many threads but no real conclusion.

Both the CX2510 and CK2610 have the same CC of 1600 the website claims but the CX has an 87CU engine and the CK2610 has a 105CU

I will start by the fact I am not mechanically included, own a massey GC and upgrading in spring, but looking at these, and cant understand the power difference here for the bigger tractor, ive also thought CC indicate the power, but the the bigger engine is obviously different?

CK2610
Engine Model3H-TM4B
Engine Gross Power24.5 hp (18.3 kW)
Rated Speed2,600 rpm
No. of Cylinders3
Fuel TypeDiesel
Displacement100.5 cu. in. (1,647 cc)
Fuel Tank Capacity9 gal. (34 L)

CX2510
Engine Model3A165LWH-U3
Engine Gross Power24.5 hp (18.2 kW)
Rated Speed2,600 rpm
No. of Cylinders3
Fuel TypeDiesel
AspirationNatural
Displacement87 cu. in (1,647 cc)
Fuel Tank Capacity6.6 gal. (25L)

87cu. is *not* 1647cc, so its a misprint, simple as that.. The smaller engine will have its PTO (and torque) RPM higher than the bigger engine.

The cx2510 and ck2620 have the same engine according to the dealer site, there is a mistake listing the cubic inch vs cubic centimeter. Both are 1647 cc. Which is a 32-35 HP engine as far as I can tell. I have been interested to find if the cx can be turned up. Most 24.5hp tractors use 1000cc engines.

I’ll help answer the question. CK2610, CK2620, and CX2510 have the same 3A165 engine. There was an older tier 3 emissions compliant version in the CK35 that made 34 horsepower. People tune the fuel mixture screw and pump timing to 18 degrees to “match” the 34 horsepower configuration.

The photos are from my CX2510 and the Daedong Kioti diesel engine series brochure which confirm the above statements.
