My new 4310 with 300x FEL and 72" MMM arrived today. The mower deck is called a mulching/side discharge deck and the JD dealer said that it is just a few seconds' work to swap from discharging to mulching. Unfortunately the manual is silent on this point. Perhaps it is just too obvious to state but it is not obvious to me. Thankyou for your patience!
