Mulboard plow

I am trying to make some garden beds and decided to try the mulboard plow. There is a two bottom and a one bottom plow. What is the difference - beside the 2 bottom being more expensive. I only have an acre to cultivate. Is there a better way to make garden beds?

What tractor do you have? That would be a place to start. Do you have the Ag (R-1) tires?

And a search for Moldboard plow will get further than Mulboard.
