I live on the Green river in central KY. Up the river about 2 miles, a farmer lets mudders in at $10 per person. I watch them go up with machines that are super clean and spotless and when the come out, you can't tell what kinda ATV it is Must be having lots of fun, but this video was shot in January. I can't do that and besides I am getting too old to have much fun Here is a YouTube link to some of the activities from this winter. BTW, The ambulance goes up there about once a month on average :thumbdown: What do you think?? Ken Sweet

Call me a killjoy, but if it were my property, and I charged people to run around on my property with ATVs, I'd be worried about someone getting injured or killed. Since I'm charging them, that implies some sort of legal responsibility. Even more so than if I were just letting the in free to have a good time...

In my opinion, You hit the nail on the head. I know the farmer and he is not dumb. I am assuming he probably has liability insurance and Gets a liability waiver signed, Not sure? People are getting hurt up there on a regular basis. No lawsuits as far as I know. Ken Sweet
