I think it is a grapple.

2012 Jeep Wrangler with ARB lockers (front and back) 35" Mickey Thompson's……….Mud on top of Frost going up steep grade. Good thing it also has a winch!!!

Not mud, but dry clay!

This happened back in July of 2005. Was using the boxblade to get some dirt from the edge of the pond. I would drag it, raise the boxblade, drive over the pile, go around and do it again. the dirt pile got big enough that I got high centered, no traction with the bottom of the tractor on the pile and the tires on loose dirt. Had to get my truck and pull it off of the pile.

This was last summer. I thought I could make one more pass with the bush hog in a low area. Guess I was wrong.
