I can say though, they are a funny company to do business with. If you sent them money though, they should return your calls.
As you have most likely seen on their website; if an implement is more than 12 days out, they say it is sold out.
Does the uit you ordered fit into that category?

When I bought from them during 2020, I remember the person on the other end of the phone was not rude but definitely seemed more interested in something other than my phone call with questions. The quality of the product is outstanding and the shipping was great. I wouldnt hesitate to purchase from them again. I would wait it out, with shipping delays and product shortages all over the place they are likely behind and working to catch up.

I was going to order from MTL but I could not for the life of me get anyone to answer an email or pick up the darn phone, so they lost my business. I ended up ordering a 60" single tine grapple from North American Implements, and I must say the customer service was pretty darn good. Had my grapple about 2.5 weeks after ordering and it seems well built. Granted I am a beginner when it comes to this stuff compared to most on this site, but I think I have enough experience to be able to tell when something is made well. Give them a look for sure

However, every time a thread like this runs I find out about another company which makes implements.
Not that I'm in the market for anything, but it's always good to know.
