I have a starter does not engage but spins ok...do I need
aarter motor and if so where do I start looking for one.

I believe this is a Mitsubishi model number... if so...

Two options... post on the Mitsubishi Forum below...... Tractor Ernie or one of the other Mitsubishi Parts suppliers that monitor that site can respond directly too you or...

Go to the Iseki Forum.... I have brought to the top of the post list a fairly comprehensive list of parts suppliers, many can supply Mitsubishi parts some even carry the tractors...

Either the starter drive or the solenoid is bad. I'm a Mitsubishi dealer & can supply new, used, or rebuilt starters, parts , & manuals
