MT240HE P1219 and P061B

My FIL was using my tractor moving some hay around and he said it lost throttle (went to idle) and no matter where he put the throttle it had no response. He shut it off and started it back up and everything was fine. He states there where no warning lights on the dash during any of it. I plugged into the OBD2 port and pulled those two codes. It had no LS codes on the dash when I finally got to the tractor. Anybody have any insight to to these or LS codes definitions for the P1219?

Control Module: ECU
NOTE: If replacement of the Engine Control Unit (ECU) A-009 occurs, use the Electronic Service Tool (EST) to apply
the replacement issue to the ECU, ECU Replacement, before you return the machine to service.
Context:
The ECU A-009 employs programmed data and software verification processes to assure accurate internal data ma-
nipulation and operation processes. If the ECU A-009 senses an issue with the software function, this fault will occur.
Software re-flash or replacement of the ECU A-009 may be necessary to resolve this fault.

Control Module: ECU
NOTE: If replacement of the Engine Control Unit (ECU) A-009 occurs, use the Electronic Service Tool (EST) to apply
the replacement issue to the ECU, ECU Replacement, before you return the machine to service.
Context:
The ECU A-009 contains map software (look-up tables) which are used to compare actual engine conditions to ex-
pected or ideal conditions, known as stoichiometric. If the ECU A-009 senses bad torque comparisons, this fault will
occur. Because of this fault, Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) regeneration stops and/or a reduction in engine torque is
possible. Software re-flash or replacement of the ECU A-009 may be necessary to resolve this fault.

Maybe check to be sure the ECU cable is plugged in all the way (tractor off).

@Eagle1 - can you look up F 14 error for me please? I get that from time to time with a big red exclamation "!" on the dash.

I don't see any F14 errors in my books, but I have nothing for the MT3xx series.

Me neither. But this is the full list of Dash & Fault codes for LS XR41XX. Most should be the same.
