MT 240
Hello,

I have a 2020 MT240 hydro.

I have recently been noticing that the tractor creeps really slowly in reverse when you get off the matching.

It’s almost as if the pedal does t reset quite right.

It happens both after going forward and reverse.

It’s super slow, so not a big deal…but putting the parking break on every time I get off is getting old.

Any thoughts appreciated.

It's hard to say without seeing it, but MOST hydrostat pedal controls are adjustable one way or another to centralize the linkage to neutral.

If the pedals are not returning all the way to neutral, check the return spring that pulls a roller against a cam. If the pedals are returning but it still creeps then check the control linkage rod for loose joints. The rod can be adjusted if necessary until it stops creeping. For safety, the park brake should be on every time you get off anyway, even if it doesn't creep.

If you have an owners manual the adjustment is in the manual.
After adjusting the pedals make sure the neutral switch is pressed if not adjust it so it is pressed.

You can download the manual from, Owner Manuals - LS Tractor USA
