Mt2201d

Anyone know of a replacement fuel filter assembly & filter for a mt2201d? Mine just has an inline metal cannister filter like you used to see in cars. There's no bleeder valve. It is getting hard to start after it sits awhile, I'm thinking it is related to this type of filter? Put in new glow plugs already. Thanks
