I had the same problem on a SATOH BUCK, I took the rims to an old blacksmith he cut the center oval out, traced it on flat steel drilled the holes from the patern and cut the flat pcs. the same as the oval. The blacksmith them welded the oval in to the rim. I painted the rims put the tire back on. The wheels are much stronger then new and look just as good. Oh by the way I think he charged me eight or twelve dollars to do both front wheels. Have a nice day.
