MT125 Modification of the top link mount

I don't have those seat support posts coming off of my top link pin assembly. I wonder if that could be a problem for my seat. I have not had any issues so far and I have been using the backhoe quite a bit.

There are no seat supports? When you sit on the seat in the BH position, does the seat lean forward or go down in the front? If not, I'm going to take off the brackets because when you turn the seat, it hits on the rubber bushings by about an 1/8 of an inch. You just have to lift the seat a little bit, but it still makes it a pita.

Mine has seat supports! When the seat turns around, it sits on top of the supports if the seat is slid towards the backhoe. I have had no issues with it. It works well to support the seat while using the backhoe.

I think it would depend on the weight of the operator.

I weight 200 lbs. I just lift the grey lever in front of the seat and lift up the seat. Lift the lever again and spin the seat (no lift required). When the seat is up there is a pin on the left side that locks it in the up position (I didn't use it at first and pushed back and the seat fell down).

It is easy to spin the seat around when I am moving to reposition, which I do frequently because the tractor is so light that the BH throws it around when working.

My seat will come back over the brackets when I spin it around and slide it towards the backhoe.
