Dealer MSRP discounts net of dealer prep?

There's a bunch of threads on discounts people have gotten on MSRP, some as high as 13%, and somebody asked whether these are being figured net of dealer prep, delivery, freight-in & etc., or if those items eat into the discount. I calculate a MSRP discount of 13% and then have to pay fees it nets out to 11%. Or is it an MSRP discount 15% and the net discount 13%?

So, have people gotten 13% and then paid fees or 15% and then paid fees?

I got 16.5% off MSRP and there was No delivery fee, No prep fee or any other garbage fees. Just straight up 16.5 off and I even finaced 13000.

I have never been charged for delivery or set-up and I believe on my last tractor I got 13.5% off...

Ditto..... this is close to what I recently paid for a new 4320 (17%) which included $1000 rebate, no delivery or prep charge, cash deal.
