ms310 not starting

my sthil ms310 will not start unless I spray carb cleaner in carb. I've took apart carb and sprayed out with cleaner. replaced fuel hose. Any ideas what to check next?

Two suggestions:
post your question in the chainsaw forum here. You'll likely get more responses there. Second, when you say it'll only start if you spray carb cleaner in it, do you mean when it's cold, or regardless of engine temperature?

The ONLY time my 310 would not start is when I put the chain oil in the gas tank.... Oops.....

Any chance you did that?

Other than that, is the fuel clunk still attached?
