Hello everyone, I've just joined the TractorByNet Forum Group. I really think this will be very interesting as much as very helpful. I live down in southeast,Ga. near Ga. Southern University. My tractor is down an has been for eight mo's now. I'm in dire need of a safety controller plug/connector for it. New Holland says that it will take a new entire wiring harness to fix it. The safety controller shorted out and burned the plug very badly. Anyone have info of where one might could be obtained please contact me.a used one will be ok. Thanks. Its a 2007 year model.

Look around on Digi-Key or Mouser. Electronic Components and Parts Search | DigiKey Electronics

They both sell bunches of connectors and connector shells, and usually don't require a minimum order of 1,000 pieces;-). To navigate through the thousands of options, you'll need to know the number of connectors and preferably the OEM maker of the connector. Good luck!

Have a picture of this connector?
Are you sure thats the only thing that burnt/melted?
You could always separate the wires, color to color and add multiple universal connectors to re-join them.

I have always had good luck with Newark in One Newark element14 | Electronic Components Distributor. They have a good catalog online and also very helpful phone assistance.

If it is just a connector you need, you can buy both the plug and receptacle and rewire both sides so just buy a sealed connector with the right number or excessive number of contacts and put it in place.
