mPower 85 PTO Safety Switch

Tractor won't crank, replaced battery that wouldn't take a charge, still nothing - no clicks or otherwise. It will crank/start with jumper across solenoid. Neutral safety switch located and tests out as it should. Looking for the PTO safety switch under and around the PTO engagement lever. Electrical schematic shows the switch but I'm not finding it. Anyone know exactly where this switch is located? Thanks for any and help!!

So…… turned out to be shorted/melted wires at the start relay plug in - soldered taped and back in business!!
