My neighbor has this really nice hill, mostly coastal but it could use a little work with the weeds, fertilizer, lime, etc. He'll never do anything because around here no one will hay your field for free. The owner has to get it in shape first and maintain it, no one wants hay with weeds and all. He is just "getting into" some of this stuff and realizing "needs and wants". The wants usually pile up pretty high.
Anyway with a new hobby my son and I are in, we started mowing down and training the bermuda for a RC plane runway. On top of the hill is a nice flat spot, then it falls off down the hill. You can fly the plane below you. Anyway just a little winter project to mess with since a front blew in and we couldn't fly yesterday. And some pics to look at to.
