Mowing Mower Wheel

I have one of these jumbo mowers. And the rear wheel has shredded. How, I really do not know. Not happy. This said, i took it to the tire place, and they said, hey, that is a solid / no air tire so you have to order a whole new one.

Any thoughts on this? Was going to try out Harbor to see if I can find a spare but wanted your guys input.

Depends on the tire and mower - is it a regular bush hog type with a single tail wheel? what size wheel and tire? Or is it one of the rear wheels on your PT mower?

If I recall right, Dixie mowees had a single back wheel (swivel) that was solid and made of sections of old cut tires or some other material. That wheel was indestructable.
Couldn't tell you where to get one, but you might look at the Dixie brand for parts
