Mower down, turf tire tractor down, need to mow

My Deere 445 is down, and in need of a new Cam. My 22hp Case 255, which has turf tires is also down for hydraulic issues. My last option to cut grass (7 acres) is my Deere 3520 Cab. It has loaded rear tires (R4) , and a loader. How bad will i tear up the lawn If I hook up the finish mower and go at it? I plan to remove the loader to help reduce weight.

As long as the ground is not too wet it won't be bad at all. Try to stay in 2WD unless your ground is really hilly, then you better stay in 4WD. When making turns make them a bit wider, you should not have too many problems at all.

If it is dry, the R4 wont bother anything in the yard. I run my B26 TLB thru my yard all the time and never leaves a track enough to be an issue. Just take it slow and easy on the turns

You've got a bit more weight than my 3038e (also with loaded R4's), but I've used it for finish mowing with a 3pt Caroni at the in-law's for the past 3 years. It does start to leave traces after maybe a half dozen times if you don't vary the pattern you follow - sooner if the ground is soft/damp. It is less evident if you offset wheel tracks between mowings & periodically shift the pattern at a right angle to the old (east/west vs north/south).
