Mowing Mower deck help

Hey everyone,
I am working with a new to me kubota bx2200 and I cant get the mower deck to raise. I'm not trying to set the cut height, just raise it up off the ground so the scorch wheels aren't touching. I've tried every control and still nothing. My FEL and 3 point hitch operate just fine. Am I missing something simple I hope? Thanks.

Check the adjustment knob behind the right rear tire. It may have vibrated out of adjustment or disconnected. Verify lift pivot pins are installed. It operates with the 3ph control. Should go up and down with the 3ph.

Did you get the Op manual with it?

Is that deck height adjustment knob at the back of the deck set in the 'TOP' position? That locks the mower deck in the top position once it has been raised. If it is in that position, rotate it out to another setting and try again. If you have already done this, I hope Dave has the answer. Good Luck.
