I find that having a loader-mounted quick hitch makes moving my attachments around MUCH easier.

I use furniture dollys from Harbor Freight, $12 each. I have also made some custom ones using casters from HF and 4x4's and some scraps of 2x6's for larger items like bush hogs and my 2 bottom plow.

The edges of my quanset hut are jammed with stuff, some of which hasn't moved in 10 years. Up the center is a row of everyday stuff (impliments, generator, winches, etc) that is all sitting on pallets. I can move six skids of stuff and get to the seventh pretty quick....

Another way to move pallets is with a hand pumped manual hydraulic pallet jack/mover. Just roll the pallet mover under the pallet. Pump the handle to raise the pallet. Now you can move your loaded pallet any where on smooth hard surfaces/floors. Hope this helps.
