Moving 2000lb safe safely

Got my Fort Knox safe today and my 4240 got to earn its keep. Good thing I had my dad to help or the bota wouldn't have made it lol

I've always heard of pipes as rollers to move something heavy, but the best I've used is a dozen or so golf balls. You can roll it in any direction or spin it in place.

We had a guy redoing the flooring at our house by himself. When i got home from work he had moved and replaced the loaded up gunsafe in my room. He said he slid it on those furniture moving pads from lowes. Said he does it all the time and he is a little guy. It took four of us to put the safe in there. Those pads must really work.
