Move x728 tractor when not running

Question is, refering to X728 or X738. If the the tractor is not running or won't run. How do you disengage the transmission and or differential so you can push, pull or winch it onto a trailer or move it around the shop ?

Should have a rod on the back that you either push or pull and lock so you can roll it.

my x728 has a lever on the rear right side outside of the frame above the rear axel that moves up and down which engages or disengages. there is a pad on the end of the rod.

Heres a picture I took of my year 2010 John Deere x728.

The lever looks to be about an inch above the little sticker that says to push manually. You just push the lever up and you can push the tractor by hand, I am at 200lbs and average strength for an old guy and I can push mine myself but you have to lean into it. If you forget its up when you go to start up the tractor and move it, it automatically goes back down.
