I have a 3pt york rake that came with my backhoe. The Backhoe has a subframe and kinda a pain to remove and I use it alot. Has anyone ever adapted the 3pt rake onto the existing front bucket. I have a dirt/gravel driveway and it would only take about 3 passes to make it nice. I'd like to spent a few minutes hook it up to the bucket and just rake the driveway backwards. Any Ideas?

I believe it would work well on the bucket. I have a front mounted 3 point hitch for my skid steer. I have been thinking of getting a rake to clean the small brush that is left after pushing the larger stuff to piles. I believe I would leave a hinge point to allow the weight of the rake to do the work. Uneven ground or operator error might put quite a bit of stress on the rake with a solid mount.

You might be able to device a 3 point hitch to fit in your bucket which would allow all the angling/reversing of the rake. Be good to be able to push the rake as well as back drag. A chain as the top link would allow the rake to float.

I have several small implements for my skid steer such as a disk and I do get tired of backing on the larger areas when disking.
