I ordered the following mirrors from amazon and planning on mounting them to the loader arms bracket. Would anyone know if Kioti would give any grief about the warranty drilling small holes for the screws?

I can't imagine they would. If you don't mind please post a picture and tell us how you like them. I've been looking too add some to my CK2610.

How about using some 2 part epoxy to fix some bits of wood to the arms, then screw the mirrors to the wood. If something does go wrong, the manufacturer will not have an excuse.

I wouldn't drill them. There's gotta be a better way. Maybe a bicycle mirror worn on eyeglasses? The mirror I use on my Kawasaki Mule clamps onto the main rollbar tubing. I visualize using some spot on the tractor or FEL that is already there, like the pull pin that detaches the FEL could have a simple bracket slipped on it then the mirror on that.
Honeslty, do you spend that much time on public roads? The little I do so, I turn my head when I hear someone.

I’d like mirrors that showed the 3pt implement.

I can’t turn back enough to see the implement unless I stop.

Not sure why I want to see it - just kind of do.

I use large magnets with golf cart mirrors. Not perfect, but allows me to see the rear tire and flail edges.

If the loader arms get ripped off, fall off, bend, break in half or turn into jelly, they might take a dim view of it.

Otherwise, it would be a very immature and unprofessional dealer to deny a warranty claim on anything else.

Personally, I'd look for another way to mount them than drilling through hardened steel. But, you know, the factory has some holes drilled in the loader arm brackets, too.

How about, can you use the existing fasteners?

Lately I've been welding bolts onto thick pieces instead of drilling through them to create mount points. It's faster than drilling, but I suppose you could create stresses, so maybe the same warranty-voiding worry applies.

On my CK3510 the mirrors mount to the front of the foot area. Maybe drill through the floor there and fab up a riser that you could mount the mirrors onto. It would also give you the opportunity to set the width wider than just bolting them onto the FEL.
