Motorcycle Riders? BMW recall

I figured that we have alot of motorcycle riders here? BMW is about to recall over 43k of it's motorcycles due to rear wheel flange's cracking and wheels possibly falling off! :confused2: 43k BMW Motorcycles being Recalled April 21st | Epic Speed

Wanted to thank you for posting this. Recall doesn't affect my R1200C, but my brother-in-law, and his son, both have BMW's in the R1200, and K1300 families, so I did forward the link to them.

Would never have thought to check this forum for this kind of info....but for some reason your post just jumped off the page at me yesterday. Thanks again.

Thank You Very much for sharing this!!!! Literately yesterday my fathers rear tire came off and we saw the crack and now we know it can be fixed for free, taken to local shop today. Thank you!
