I have an idea for an addition but not attached/installed yet. I am always in need of a pry bar to help slightly move implements to attach them to 3 pt hitch. I know many of you have installed some quick attach devices on tractor and implement (perhaps I get there one day) but for now, I just need a helpful shove, and with age am liking less and less the idea of pulling the tiller, box blade, bush hog, etc myself.

The best device I have on hand is a hay spear that was left over in my Dad's equipment that was never used. I keep it in the truck but on the tractor would be better. Pretty heavy and does have a spear point on it. What is a good plan to build a compartment for it on my Kioti CK30?

Spear is something like this

I'm not an expert at anything, I don't know if your right or wrong. Just know what I've read here on TBN about pipe fittings. You'r right about saving some $$$. I just bought a small fitting that cost me $12. If I went with steel pipe it would cost about 89 cents
I think all anyone has to do is read the chart. Even if you think my 36 years of working in the field is BS
I am not going to just throw money away because someone with limited knowledge wants me to spend on something I don't need to.
We are falling way off the OP question here. Have a good night.
Just one more thing - where can one get Double Extra Strong Wrought Steel Pipes and how expensive is it? A quick google search didn't show any prices.
Since you seem determined to have the last word, and I don't know what your professional background or working history is. I also got some material and ideas from a friend/ next door neighbor who is a scientist that managed turn updates on BP refineries, He also said I would be fine? . I looked at your suggestion of Surplus Center ( never knew of them before) and it would be $33.30 for parts and shipping on top so yeah not to much money and I hear you but you can't get the high pressure 6" nipples I used. Then add shipping. My goal was to use off the shelf hoses.
I never said anyone else should do what I have done, but it is working and in the old days all of the machines used standard pipe fittings. But your right and I pointed it out that when the pressures go above 2,500 PSI then it all changes. Those old tractors were most around 2K PSI or less. So I am done with this argument but I knew it would come if you look back at my posts. Always someone who thinks they have the only answer even if they don't. Nature of forums.

murphy, never saw a palm style spinner? Got a link?

Well maybe mkr7734 has calmed down, maybe not.
BUT
I'll try one more time - Just one more thing - where can one get Double Extra Strong Wrought Steel Pipes and how expensive is it? A quick google search didn't show any prices.

Does ANYONE have any links? Am I searching on the wrong term? When I googled "Double Extra Strong Wrought Steel Pipe" I got pages of references to standards but only one place where I could send in a request for prices.

I carry my rockbar which is similar to yours either on the boxblade horizontally or through the cross tube of the loader if the boxblade is off. Though not elegant, an old towel stolen from some long forgotten motel jams it in place (and gives me something to wipe my hands off!).

Ours is usually in one of the vertical PVC pipes we set in concrete in our ballast box to carry long handled tools.

There is also usually a 3# drilling hammer (which is another great persuader) thrown on top of the box too.

[The bale spear could be carried in a pipe mounted in the manner of my shovel carrier... (right side loader arm mount). Pointed end down!!

I can understand why he wants it- I have a heavy wrecking bar hung in the barn which I have used to good effect more than once, trying to get a heavy weight box attached.

Shovels usually fit right inside the loader tube. That's where I keep mine when I need it
