Just so long as the ice holds for this saturday at Devils lake. It's tip-up and sled drags. Promises to be a good time. There was a little snow on the lake. Makes ice riding better than glare ice. Gives a little traction, especially at speeds over 100 mph.!!!!

Where's Devil's Lake? I'd love to see some snowmobile drags if they are not far off. At the moment I have too much going on to go up to Houghton Lk or the UP. But a couple hours of drag racing near home, might cure some of my "need for speed" blues.

If it's the Devil's Lake I am thinking of, it's about half an hour south of Jackson and to the east, town of Manitou Beach. Back during the dark ages of high school I used to hang out at a teen dancing nightclub there, can't recall the name of the club but will never forget the name of the lake.
