1. What is the lever, below and to the right of the steering wheel for?
2. What is the lever beside the 3-point lever beside the right fender for?
3. Can the wheels be reversed to widen the stance and stop the 3-point arms from hitting them?
4. Where does one tap into the live hydraulics?
5. I still need an owners manual, anybody have one?, I haven't found one for this tractor.

The lever by the steering wheel will raise the 3 point all the way up and return it back down to where you had the lever set. Nice for mowing or box blading. The lever by the 3 point is probably draft control, no use unless you are plowing and have the rest of the hardware to make it work. You cut the high pressure line going to the rear and put adapters to an open center valve for hydraulics. The rears can be swapped but most say not to do the front because it adds stress to the front bearings. I have a parts manual, but there isn't an English owners manual for this model. There is a model close but not exactly the same.

Yes, switch the right rear to the left rear and bring the left rear to the right rear.

"What is the lever beside the 3-point lever beside the right fender for?"

Probably a draft position lever. My TU1700f has one but it does not work. Yours probably does not work either.
