PTO is non engagable, any ideas to fix. Does the Hydr. fluid below the seat service the PTO. I was looking around the rear of the tractor and noticed white painted Bolts which usually are areas to add fluid. When PTO is engaged the tractor bogs down. I loosened the 4-5 bolts around the pto attachment and oil came out of one of them. Any feedback.
