The left front wheel spindle sheared off on my 2 wheel drive Montana 5720. The available parts manual only refers to 4 wheel drive front axles so there is no part number available and so far no cross reference part wise to LS tractors. I have checked with several parts sources and no luck for replacement or information as to similar LS parts. Looking for any suggestions. Would hate to salvage a good tractor!

I had a Mitsubishi D2350 with a similar issue. After the fact I found that's a common shortcoming of these tractors. I also learned Valley Power of Roanoke Virginia has set up with a local machine shop to replace these defective spindles. If you can't locate a replacement part you may wish to give them a call to see what help they can provide. Valley Power
