Reminds me of a gravley

That's what I thought of at first too. One of my Uncles had a Gravely that he bought in the mid 60's. It had a bicycle type tractor seat. The mower was in the front and it resembled a small circular bush hog. That thing would cut through thick brush and small saplings like there was no tomorrow. My Cousin still has it and uses it regularly today.

Except for price, why would someone want one? Dangerous , difficult and not very versatile. I will say they are interesting.

Look as very old water cooled stationary engine. No pump No radiator no hose. Water boiled in a tank on cylinder. Cheap and good system need no energy from engine.
