one of my buddys thought he was doing a smart thing, he was wrong !!!! he parks his f250 under a carport, in a shaded area. we live in fla, it is HOT. he only drives this truck on weekends, and sometimes will go a month without driving it at all. well here is the story. he left all 4 windows down about an inch, to let the heat out, well it didnt get hot but the interior is now covered in mold !!!!! dash, cloth seats, steering wheel, headliner, you name it, they are now all white mold. Any suggestions? I suggested he call stanley steamer or simular company, and have it done right. he was thinking of taking it to the local car detail guy, I dont know if it would come right back. anybody ever been through a flood or have this happen ? Truck is well worth saving. 2002 7.3 4x4 lifted, less than 100,000 miles.
