Rotary Cutter Model number help on IH rotary mower

Can anyone provide a general idea on possible model numbers for this rotary cutter. Their is a name plate on the gear box that says International Harvester but I could not see any model number referenced. This is a 5 ft cut and I believe that it has been repainted from a darker yellow / tan to the current yellow. Unit does not have a stump jumper and also has straight blades. I am trying to determine if there is an option for high lift blades for this model and have not been able to find anything locally.

I don't want to bust your bubble but they haven't built one in many years and if you could get the blades you want they would be matched from a different make.

Not busting my bubble. I know IH was bought by Case years ago and this is an OLD unit. Just hoping to have a little dumb luck once ;-)
