Model L Gravely runs fine won't move...help?

Hi all, I thought the swift-a-matic lever got stuck in neutral but now not sure. I also checked for little pebbles or debris interfering with mechanism, but tractor starts well but transmission won't engage. Any help is very much appreciated. I'm hoping to get fields plowed a s a p & garden started!!:confused2:

Not sure which options yours has, but check that the high/lo lever under the right side handle is all the way forward or backward.
Also, when you move the various levers, do they compress the springs at each end of their travel?
