Model 2816 hydrolic fluid drained out

I bought a 2816 a few months ago with only 74 hours, runs great! Yesterday while moving some firewood, all of a sudden hydrolic fluid was draining from gear box. I reached to feel where it was coming from and it appeared to be a rubber plug, so I pushed it back in and it stopped. I check the owners manual and found nothing of a rubber plug. It is on the left side near the front, facing forward.
Can anyone tell me what this is and why it popped part way out?

Sounds like someone lost the drain plug and put that in. Take a picture and post it.

One is with the silicone, second I took off the silicone.
It looks like a plastic treaded plug. That one is where the fluid came out.
I didn't mess with the larger one yet.
Should there be bolts with O rings there?
The pictures are of the same thing, the phone was turned.

I take it that this is a Mahindra. You would probably get a better response in the Mahindra forum.
With only 74 hours on it, I can’t imagine someone did a hillbilly repair already, but I also don’t want to believe Mahindra caps off oil ports with plastic plugs covered in RTV.

Can you see a snap ring holding the plugs in? If so they would have o rings on them.
