EDIT: I don't wish for the conversation to be misleading...so I came back here to put in the beginning the RESTRICTION SIZE I ended up with finding the most beneficial after further testing... For extension/contraction: 0.045" (3/63") and for the tilt: 0.031" (1/32")

New to the forum. Joined because I have a few questions.
I got this mower and it seems to be working great. Assembly was no problem...cuts great. Tractor being used is a 2018 Kioti CK2610 HST w/ front end loader (I never remove the loader).
Now to my question...I would like to add some type of flow restriction on my rear remotes. I do not have a preference of adding it on either the tractor side of the connector or just on the flail mower hoses...for while I really need it for the flail mower, but I don't see why slowing the flow in the rear remotes would hinder the use on the other items I might use the remotes with (top-link is the only other item at this time, but I have to remove that when using the flail mower since I only have two rear remotes and both are required when using the flail mower). While it is easy to control the movement of the mower in and out and tilt when paying close attention and when at idle, when you push the RPMs up to operating speeds and are in "work mode" mindset instead of baby sit the controls mode...I do catch myself moving it faster than I would like...which can make it jerky and I am sure overtime would be hard on the three point stabilizer arms and mounts. I have the drop pin type of stabilizers and in the past I have seen a few mounting bolts get bent where they connect the stabilizer arms to the tractor mounts when heavy implements such as a rotary cutter sway side to side...and I want to do what I can to prevent such abuse since I am sure it can be easily prevented. After using this flail mower a few times and being very happy with the results, I gave the rotary cutter to my brother-in-law...and just want to get this thing dialed in for long term use on my set up.
My questions...(I bold texted my two most important questions).
1. What size "in-line" restriction orifice should I use to have great control on extension/retraction and also the tilt features of the flail mower? I see restrictors online with orifices sizes ranging from 1/8", 1/16", and 1/32" sizes. Is this the right approach? I would rather not have a dial adjustment. I want one that is "set and forget" type as long as it is not going to be harsh on the pump or oil. While the tractor has a pressure release valve, I don't want to constantly rely on that due to excess restriction...and I also don't want the oil to overheat from excess restriction.
2. I have seen some people talk about what I concluded to be some type of bypass flow hose for various applications to limit flow? I am not sure if I misread that, but honestly, I don't understand why that would be helpful or beneficial if an in-line restrictor works properly and isn't abusive to the pump or oil temperatures.
3. I have also noticed when the flail mower is fully extended out to the right, the PTO shaft can contact the pivot joint where one of the swing arms mounts to the three point frame. This has not been a problem as I noticed it before allowing it to make contact under use...but I would like to address that before I forget and swing it out while in use and end up ruining a drive shaft (especially if someone else is operating it). Honestly, I am surprised to see that the design allowed this...but it is what it is. So...I did some research and have seen some mention adding a PTO extension forward of the U-joint of the PTO shaft (on the tractor side) would move the PTO drive shaft itself further out from the swing arm pivot joint of the mower providing additional clearance when the mower is offset, but this will also increase the operating angle in the shaft's U-joint...so, I would like to know, how much angle at a U-joint is too much angle?
4. How difficult would it be to add a third rear remote so I wouldn't have to remove my hydraulic top link when using the flail mower?
