Anyone have any experience using Mobilfluid 424 in place of Kubota UDT?? Mobil/Exxon website claims it meets specs.

I've not used it personaly but a friend of mine used mobil product in his tractor not sure if it was the 424...though so far 2yrs and running fine

Mobilfluid 424 :thumbsup: is top of the line for hydraulics, transmissions and final drives.
It can be used in any equipment where this type fluid is called for.
Citgo Transgard Tractor Hydraulic Fluid meets all specs. also, it is excellent fluid. It is about as good as it gets, but my opinion is Mobilfluid 424 is even better.
I'm sure there are people who will disagree but my opinion is it will be hard to find a better fluid than Mobilfluid 424.
I use it in my equipments final drives, transmissions and hydraulics. I love it.

Is your Kubota gear or HST (a little more info when asking questions helps)? I use the Mobil 424 in my Ford 8N gear and Ford 6000 SOS. Excellent fluid. For my Kubota HST, I used Kubota SUDT just to make me feel better. However, if Mobil says it meets the specs, then it will be fine. If you have a gear tractor, I would not even think twice. Philip.
