Anyone have any handy hints for attaching mmm to b7610, just put mine on after the winter siesta and it was a pain in the behind.

There is a not a perfect way for anything but I normally will start with the drive shaft do to my size and then the rear latch pins and then the front!

I have not figured out how to attach/detach the MMM to/from my B7500 without lying flat on the ground several times. However, raising the tractor front wheels off the ground with the FEL has done the most for me while positioning the MMM under and out-from-under the tractor.

Does that model allow you to drive over the MMM with the front tires of the tractor? I think some models do and some don't but you might check the specs on yours. I always hook up the PTO shaft last, because if the MMM is attached you know it will line up correctly with the PTO shaft.

I don't think that these are set up for drive overs.

Not one of my favorite jobs to say the least. I took several pictures of what everything is supposed to look like when completely adjusted for heights etc. Laminated them and get them out every spring for the ordeal. Takes a lot of guesswork out of the process. Like one Gent mentioned, lifting the tractor up with FEL helps a lot.

Good luck and be careful!

Thanks , lifting tractor with front loader is a big help. Kubota has to come up with a drive over quick attach mower, they are behind the times in this department,

Some of the newer models have that feature. But it's still not as handy as an FEL to lift the front (my opinion, of course).

My B2920 has the drive over MMM. Makes adding or removing it a breeze. One connection point at the front (using a lever with a handle on it), connect two pins on the arms underneath the tractor, slide on the PTO and you are ready to go. Take less than 5 minutes.

I have a B2150 that is over 20 years old with a drive over deck. That said, I think Deere has the system with their auto connect. It attaches the drive shaft wich is always awkward.

I saw a video of the autoconnect for the new Deere 1-series. It looked very neat and convenient, but the only thing I could think of was that it added a whole bunch of moving parts that needed to be maintained. Basically, something else to break and cause a headache while you troubleshoot it. I like to keep things simple, especially with things that get rusty, covered in grease and mud, etc.
