My B3200 has the mower linkage set the same as your dealer set it for your B2650. I don't have the books as I bought used. I couldn't understand why it's set up this way. I will try adjusting mine to hook the clevis attachment direct. And I will be following this thread.

Yes the mower came with the B2650 all brand new i'm pretty sure it's the right mower deck for the B2650 if you go to Kubotas web site and configure a B2650 with 60" mower deck the price list shows the RCK60-30BA deck.

That's correct with the deck all the way down and once i connect the front link the front 3 wheels are a few inches off the ground and the rear wheels are still on the ground. I guess that is why the dealer installed the front link wrong. I wish a owner of the same setup would join in i know the B2650 is very popular.

adjusting the rear links will not help the front wheels will it? I'm at a loss. :(
If the rear wheels are all the way down, the lift linkage is installed properly and the front wheels are off the ground, something is wrong with the front linkage.

Jeff i would be interested to see your results. :)

DaveS1108 any chance you can measure the link? I posted pictures of mine it is 17 inch.

The manual says to do what aczlan says adjust the link if the wheels are off the ground.

How long is it from the front to the pin in the clevis? The picture of the manual that was posted says that should be 19.9" when adjusted properly (for that particular machine).

When I get home tonight, I'll measure the link. I have a B2650 as well.

My front link is the same length.

The operators manual page 12 shows what looks like 2 different hangers depending on the deck model. My deck is the RCK60-30BA and uses the hanger that is offset to the back of the the hanger, which I just noticed in the manual is supposed to be for the RCK60-30B. It works for me and I haven't had any issues.

My front hanger handle is on the same side as the exhaust pipe, If your sitting on the tractor it's the left side. Looking on page 12 it looks like the handle is on the other side for the RCK-30B

Thanks for the help Dave!

It looks to me like yours is the one that sticks back further (like it needs to) and they switched the side the handle mounts on. If you look at the BA bracket, the latching pin is in the middle where yours is on the right side of the tractor.
But that's just me looking at pictures from a ways away.

Anyone have a suggestion on what to do?

Could you post more photos of your deck?
Side and front shots that show your mmm in different positions.

I will try working on mine this weekend and see how it works. And if I feel like learning something, I will try to post some pics

Here is a side view. This is with the hydraulics all the way down and the height i mow at it's a little over 2 and a 1/2 inches. The only wheels that touch the ground are the front two pivot ones and the rear center tires.

middle wheel with hydraulics all the way down linkage not hooked up.
front.jpeg

here's the bar that has been hitting the center wheel with the way the dealer had it installed.

What the manual says.

Yes linkage hooked up like the dealer had it with hydraulics all the way down.

front.jpeg

linkage hooked up like the manual says to do it. It's at it's longest length. Notice how high it lifts only the front of the mmm.

Hope this helps.

How high does the front of your mower lift? Also please measure the length of the front lift arm to where the nuts are positioned. It looks like my mower is set up wrong from the previous owner. I will have a busy weekend setting this up correctly

Thanks. The picture does help

Based on on the last 2 pics, I think everything is as it should be. This deck is a ground contact deck and only the 2 front swivel casters and the rear middle wheels should contact the ground when lowered. The cutting height is adjusted by setting the front casters and rear middle wheels per the sticker on the deck. The front middle wheel and the one on the left rear are there as anti-scalp, and the rear one is rotated 90 degrees to help in sliding the deck out. When my deck is lowered there are only 3 contact points, the 2 front and one rear middle wheel.

If the deck can't be raised fully, I'd check the lengths of the 2 rear connecting rods, the distance between the 2 clevis hole centers should be 26.2 inches for the 60 inch deck and make sure the deck lift bracket is installed properly.
