MMM spindle greasing

I lube the 3 fittings on my 7-Iron deck twice a year but always wonder how much grease to pump in. Would anyone know what is recommended? After about 120 hours of mowing I have pumped in a lot of grease but never seen an indication of excess grease being expelled so I assume the spindles are a sealed unit.

I try to lube my spindles a little more often--every 5-10 mowings, which is every 3-5 weeks. I can hear the air "crackle" out of the bearing race/seal when I have pushed enough in. This is typically 20-25 pumps on my one-handed pistol-type grease gun. The number of pumps might mean nothing depending on the type of gun you have.
