Lower the deck
Disconnect the drive shaft from the PTO
Disconnect each holding pin from the lift mechanisms.
Unlatch the front hitch bar
Slide deck out the side (very little room to negotiate the path of removal)
Done deal.

However, I raise the front of my tractor up with a hoist and roll the deck out under the front wheels. Makes it so much easier.

Turning front wheels all the way to one side will also give you a bit more room to slide out mower deck and a smooth floor also helps. Jim

I made a platform to lower my mower deck onto.It is roughly 30 x 60 x 3/4" plywood on swivel casters.I roll it under the deck while it is raised, then lower the deck onto it and disconnect everything. It will roll out fairly easy, but I usually go ahead and use the loader to raise the front of the tractor to make it even easier. The casters need to be small so it will not be to tall to roll under the deck.I used some old portable dishwasher casters that I had laying around for years.
