MMM question

I currently have a B2620 with 60" MMM. It has a suspended deck. I will soon have my new B2650 delivered with also a 60" MMM which is a floating deck. My question is, do you have to raise the deck every time you want to make a turn with a floating deck? My suspended deck has wheels adjusted about a 1/2" above the ground. Sometimes if I am turning with a hump, I will raise the deck, but not very often. With the floating deck the wheels are on the ground to keep height correct. Do they need to be raised every time you make a turn, or leave them down? HJT
