I found that a post I wrote had a typo in it, so edited it to fix the typo. The newly posted message no longer displayed the /w3tcompact/icons/hmm.gif image, but instead included the actual HTML tags for the image. Editing it once more, and removing the tags and then putting in the /w3tcompact/icons/hmm.gif again fixed it.
Nothing major.. just thought you'd want to add it to the "fix it" list if it isn't already there.
