Mini cat excavator Track adjuster leaking

I have a 1999 Caterpillar 301.5 mini excavator with 1100 hours and one of the Track adjusters [left side] seem to be leaking. I thought before I tore into it I would ask around to see if I could get some knowledgeable input. I have filled it with grease about six times and it works well for about two hours and then it needs to be refilled. The other side has never needed grease since I have owned the excavator [about 150 hours] - can this adjuster be rebuilt?

Not sure what Cat uses for a track adjuster system, but my Takeuchi is fairly simple. Let the grease out, slide the entire assembly out, pull the O ring and plastic keeper out, replace both, slide it back together and reassemble.

My 025 was super simple, the 135 is a little slower, but simple just the same. Can't imagine Cat does anything too funky.
