Personally, I'd leave the winch, but ditch the gage. Or move it to a protected postition close to the control.
And isn't analog just so '80's? You should add digital pressure transducers in every line to a dash mounted selectable display, so you can just flip a couple switches and get the pressure for any circuit. Winch, Curl, Lift, Hoe, 3pt etc.
