Mighty Mule gate opener

Does anyone have any experience with these gate openers? MM 2500 .I have dual gate mighty mule openers i bought used. i hoooked them up and they both move 2 inches and stop, when i hit the remote they move back 2 inches, beeps 4 times. I wire them direct to the battery and they both rapidly extentend, and retract. i have hooked them up without the slave, and they still only move 2 inches and stop. I have a 3rd am and hook it up and it moves 2 inches and stops. there are binding or obstructions in the gate as i even tried running them unhooked from the gate. the batteries test good at 13.50. I have tried called the company, but can never get thru, hope you have some good advise for me. thanks. I am not sure how to test the circuit board with the meter. thanks

are you sure about the number of beeps and also is there seconds between the series of beeps? have you tried disconnecting only one of the openers and then the other could be the counter in one of them.

i was wrong on the beeps, there are no beeps it just stop after moving 2 inches, the beeps i heard were the warning beeps

was you able to try anything else and what did you see? if neither one will work alone it may need to relearn it's open position.

no there is nothing more to see, i am told it may be the relays in the circuit board. i ordered two of them

have you tried wiping the open limit setting? make sure the gate is in the closed position and press and hold the learn mast limit for 5 seconds then try the gate if it works you'll need to stop it when it gets to the open position by pressing the remote. good luck
