I've read about folks bending their 3 point linkage from too much pushing or hitting stumps and rocks. You, evidently don't have such a problem....and / or are a good operator. Nice work.

That's a good question. I box blade in reverse a lot and always assumed (or hoped) I'd run out of traction before anything bent. I understand the links are much stronger in tension, bit I figured they were designed for that.

Good job.

With several different tractors and using box blades for serious dozer work we have messed just some three point linkage on the box blade from lifting and pushing at the same time with good traction BUT never hurt any tractor linkage. Unless you rotate the tires from side to side backing up traction is limited.
