Mid PTO hydraulic pump setup?

Anyone mount a hydraulic pump setup to be driven by mid PTO?
Have a friend with 790 wondering. Someone gave him a pump that was once on the front of an 8n Ford. He’d like to set it up to power a grapple or other attachments.
Not really interested in power beyond or whatever Deere kits available for adding hydraulics.
Any help appreciated.

I thought most were setup for the rear pto. The mid pto turns roughly 4 times faster than the rear.

That’s why he wants to put it there. The pump he has ran off the front of the engine on an old Ford N series.

I guess the question is at what rpm is the pump set up for? It sounds complicated to me, you would need a driveshaft unless there was some way to mount it underneath. Maybe a driveshaft from a snowblower. Then you would have to mount it up front in a way it wouldn’t be in the way of the loader. I’m sure it could be done with a lot of fabrication.
